    I work with growth-minded CEOs who are frustrated by the way their business is growing; often they lose sleep at night because they can’t focus on their most important priorities during the day. As a business growth coach my passion is to help mid-market companies adjust their management approach so that they can grow faster and with less pain – and hence create exciting opportunities for personal development.

    I help my clients architect a differentiated growth strategy, execute it with discipline and accountability, and build a powerful leadership team culture grounded in vulnerability-based trust.

    I have over 20 years of experience challenging the status quo to grow mid-market companies as much as 70% in two years, in the US and in Europe.

    I hold an MS degree in management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS and MS degree in business from Brussels Free University (Solvay Business School – Belgium). I was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company before diving into the world of mid-market businesses.

    I am a hobbyist beekeeper and a classically trained chocolatier.
